Nutrition Response Testing

What is Nutrition Response Testing?

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing your body to determine the underlying causes of illness or non-optimal health.  This clinically proven system may be quite different from any other healing practice that you may have experienced and is based on Applied Kinesiology and acupuncture principals.

Nutrition Response Testing is a system that uses your body’s known muscle reflexes to determine which organs are under stress, identifies which kind of stress, and then determines the exact nutritional deficiencies that may help to remove that stress and release the bodies innate ability to complete the healing process.

What to Expect on First NRT Visit?

On your first visit, we will do a full body scan using Nutrition Response Testing to properly assess each of your major organ reflexes.

We will do the analysis by contacting your extended arm with one hand, and contact the specific reflex area with the other hand. If the tested reflex is stressed, your nervous system will respond by reducing energy to the extended arm, which will weaken and cause it to drop or unlock. A drop in your arm indicates underlying "stressor-induced dysfunction" in that area, which can affect ANY aspect of your health.

In summary, an unlocked muscle-organ reflex, which is not able to withstand slight pressure, indicates underlying stress or dysfunction in that organ or area.  Once identified and treated, this hidden "stressor-induced dysfunction" may be the key to releasing the bodies ability to heal completely. Once the underlying stress is corrected, this unlocked muscle response will no longer occur.

Lastly, with Nutrition Response Testing, we directly use your body for analysis, versus doing lab tests, it is faster and tends to be clinically accurate.  There are no huge expensive machines, no drugs, surgery, needles or laboratory fees to cover.  However, we will use HRV to assess on your first visit, see below.

Heart Rate Variability Test

Each patient will receive a computerized Heart Rate Variability Monitor Test to monitor overall health and progress while under an NRT program of care.

Custom Nutritional Protocol is Prescribed

Then an individual, specific program of nutritional supplementation, along with diet and lifestyle modification (Designed Clinical Nutrition), is developed for you to achieve the best results possible. Following your consultation, you will be given the results in a simple, concise way that you can fully understand.

This procedure will assist you in attaining the maximum possible health benefits and finally get the real underlying health issues handled.
